Can I place an order over the telephone?
Are your goods authentic?
We only deal in Authentic products and source all good directly from the company. Sativa Bags is our own in house brand. We design and manufacture all our bags to the highest standard in ethics and quality so you know you are buying with confidence.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been made. Only after the item(s) are located, your payment details have been approved, and the delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
What if an item is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not always possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You can place a new order for any additional items and contact us by email requesting to have your two orders combined and shipped together but please be aware that this might not always be possible as the first order may have already been shipped.
What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?
If you realise your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, ensuring you include your order number. We can not guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.
Do you provide a customise service?
We can provide on certain bags custom stitching to make your bag personal and unique or you want to supply your employees at your business with personalised company bag with your logo.
Prices vary on various specifications from our current catalogue. Feel free to contact us with your query and someone will be able to help in assisting you with a quote and pricing structure based on Design, Manufacturing and then onto delivery. Samples, to tens, hundreds to thousands – we can provide your business with that bag you’ve been craving for.
I checkout using Paypal to pay by card but I do not have a PayPal account?
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay via credit or debit card. When you checkout via PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal’s website, make sure you click the button on the bottom which says “Checkout as Guest” and there you will be able to pay via your chosen card without having a PayPal account.
Why have I been charged Shipping when it's supposed to be Free?
In the scenario that we are offering a Free Shipping option, if your basket hits the magical number to receive free shipping it will be selected by default.
Underneath the Free Shipping option we still give you the option to pay for a courier service which is tracked and recorded whereas the free shipping option is not.
If you’ve made a mistake and chose to pay for shipping we cannot go back and change your order or offer any postage refunds. We cannot accept human error for selecting wrong options when checking out.
Is there a Warranty for Sativa Hemp Bags?If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase.
This does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any modification to any Sativa Hemp Bag or Accessory. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colours and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.
